Description: Validation study of antivibratic measures to be applied on the extension of the Porto Metro's Yellow Line (Linha Amarela). For the development of this study, in-situ survey of the propagation of vibrations were carried out, with the aim of analysing the vibration propagation between tunnel and surface receptores (houses). Together with the client, Metro do Porto and its consultants, measures were proposed to reduce the vibrations caused by subway traffic, providing for the well-being of the population.
