Description: Acoustic design project for the refurbishment of Andaz Lisbon, a five-star hotel located in downtown Lisbon. The intervention included the adaptation of a Pombaline building, comprising 170 rooms and suites, a rooftop restaurant, bar, gym, and lounge bar. Solutions were developed to ensure compliance with the demanding requirements of the Hyatt brand and LEED certification, particularly in terms of sound insulation and noise control, through specific solutions tailored to the building’s construction constraints and heritage value.
