Description: For the new Stelia Aerospace Portugal unit (also known as Airbus Atlantic Portugal), InAcoustics was responsible for developing the acoustic study to verify and validate the Architecture and specialty projects, and for the acoustic consultancy on the building project to verify compliance with BREEAM criteria. Technical assistance throughout construction was also provided, taking into account the demanding standards of the aeronautical industry. Through a visit to this manufacturer's temporary facilities in Lousado, a characterization of the noise from the main manufacturing operations was carried out, with the goal of defining sound insulation criteria for the Administrative area, as well as for the exterior, and the noise levels inside the industrial plant.
