Description: Acoustic design project for the "Bonjardim" Block which, with a total of 47770 m², includes 93 apartments, a 4-star hotel in a hybrid model with 271 rooms, 39 apartments and common spaces, 3 parking basements and several stores. This project won the Best Real Estate Development Award in the Urban Rehabilitation-Housing category, within the scope of the SIL 2024 AWARDS. It was also distinguished as the "Best Private Project" in the Engineering category at the CONSTRUIR 2024 Awards. (in progress)
