Description: Acoustic design project of the Sonae Tech Hub office building at the Sonae Campus, Maia. Designed to accommodate more than 600 workstations, this building has been constructed with a variety of spaces to enhance the interaction between employees, and includes open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, private offices, and laboratories, with carefully tailored acoustic conditions for the specific requirements of each space. In addition to work areas, the building also offers spaces dedicated to brainstorming and collaboration, leisure equipment, a restaurant/cafeteria, changing rooms, and medical offices. The acoustic design process also involved consulting, analysis, evaluation, and measurement of acoustic criteria with the specific goal of achieving WELL v.2 certification scores.
